Submitting the Google Forms interest survey is not binding and does not guarantee a place at the event. Binding registration takes place only through the Lyyti registration system. When you register through Lyyti, the system generates an invoice. Please pay using the details provided on the invoice. Payment equals confirmed registration, and your registration will only be processed once the payment has been received. If you need an alternative type of invoice or receipt for your company’s bookkeeping, please contact us. The Lyyti-generated invoice is generally accepted by tax authorities and accountants. The invoice must be paid by the due date stated on it, and participation in the event is guaranteed only after full payment has been received.

The Early Bird fee of 399 € is valid until 31 October 2025. After that date, registration will open with a higher regular fee. We may also open a “Late Bird” registration phase at a later stage, in which case information will be announced separately.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to event@euromeeting.fi. Cancellations received by 30 November 2025 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received by 31 December 2025 will be refunded at 50%. From 1 January 2026 onwards, no refunds will be made. No handling fees will be charged for refunds. In case of no-shows, the participation fee will not be refunded. In case of illness or other urgent issues, participants are asked to inform us as soon as possible.

You may transfer your registration to another person free of charge. The transfer must be notified in writing by email to event@euromeeting.fi, clearly stating from whom to whom the registration is transferred. We will confirm the transfer by email.

If the organizers are forced to cancel the event due to force majeure or other reasons beyond our control, participation fees will be refunded in full. The event program and content are subject to change, and in such cases the registration fee will not be refunded.

We will arrange local host accommodation whenever possible. Host accommodation is limited, and once capacity is exceeded, we will arrange hostel-type accommodation. If you prefer other arrangements, for example family or couple accommodation, please contact us by email. Participants are expected to behave respectfully in all accommodations and to treat hosts and their property with care. The organizer is not liable for any damages occurring in host accommodations.

The registration fee covers participation in the full event program. Each participant may choose individually which activities to attend.
