Thursday 12.2: Arrival & Get to Gether
After a long journey, you’ll arrive at your destination. Make sure to check in with your hosts and get a tour of where you will be staying for the duration of the event. Once you’re settled in, it’s time to join the fun!
Friday 13.2: Trip to private island!
From morning to afternoon: Trip to private island on frozen lake. Ice swimming. Evening: Sauna parties with Santa! Nation’s Night (Euromeeting). After parties at a classic Finnish nightclub.
saturday 14.2: Relaxing morning & Anniversary Gala
Refreshing morning sauna world with lunch. Evening: RT-51 and LC-27 anniversary gala.
SUNDAY 15.2: Brunch and best memories
After the days of non-stopping superb experiences is a great time to spend some quality time with new friends over brunch, and reminisce about all the fun you had at the event, and plan out your next adventure!

FAQ
How to get to Jyväskylä?
You can get to Jyväskylä either by train or by plane from Helsinki.
You can get a train ticket from https://vr.fi, Finland’s only train company. When booking the train ticket, make sure you start your journey from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport station. You must take a small train ride from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to Tikkurila station, where you switch to a train towards Jyväskylä. The train trip is just over 3 hours long. Train tickets cost approx. 50-60€
On weekdays, there are two flights to Jyväskylä, one in the morning and one in the evening. There are fewer flights on weekends, so we recommend booking your flights early.
We try to pick up as many of you as possible from the train station and the Jyväskylä airport (about 20 km from the accommodation).
The accommodations available?
We try to accommodate as many participants as possible in homestay accommodation. However, if the number of participants exceeds our capacity, we are prepared for this situation. So don’t worry—accommodation is provided!
However, if you want luxury accommodation, that’s also possible. Please note this when you register, and we will provide you with more information.
Weather and clothing?
We are hoping for good winter weather (by Finnish standards). Temperatures will probably range between 0 and -30 Celsius, and we have a good chance of seeing the sun at that time of year.
We recommend you pack warm clothing and water-resistant footwear. Some activities are held outside and usually last for several hours, so keep that in mind when packing clothes. We will organize places to warm up during the events, but keep in mind that it’s still winter here.
If you need winter clothing, please contact us, and we’ll try to help you find some. You can also purchase extra clothing from the city. The nearest clothing stores are right downtown.
Where is everything happening?
Most of the activities are held in the Jyväskylä city area. We’ll hook you up with a map later.
