Thursday 20.3: Arrival & Get to Gether
After a long journey, you’ll arrive at your destination. Make sure to check in with your hosts and get a tour of where you will be staying for the duration of the event. Once you’re settled in, it’s time to join the fun!
Friday 21.3: experience the most unusual finnish customs. epic winter party
Winter is the perfect time to get away from it all, and we’re here to help you do just that.
We’ve got a special winter event day coming up, and we want you to be a part of it! It’s going to be an amazing day—we guarantee it.
saturday 22.3: official RT-30´S meeting and a gala
Let´s put on some fancier clothes after outdoor activities.
Our sisters from the Ladies’ Circle will be delighted to host an unforgettable day for your partners and children, allowing us to have a much-awaited meeting among brothers from all corners of the globe.
A splendid gala dinner awaits in the evening, where you can savor exquisite local cuisine and create lasting memories.
SUNDAY 23.3: Brunch and best memories
After the days of non-stopping superb experiences is a great time to spend some quality time with new friends over brunch, and reminisce about all the fun you had at the event, and plan out your next adventure!
Pre-tour
Everyone has seen cities and nightclubs – that’s why we’re offering you something completely different. Join us to enjoy the beauty and silence of Finnish nature with your fellow Brothers. We’ll start the week a bit more calmly with a Finnish wilderness experience of a lifetime!

We’re gonna make sure you’ll get a winter experience of a lifetime—all set against the backdrop of some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world: Northern Lights dancing above your head as huskies howl at your side… if that doesn’t get your heart pounding with excitement, we don’t know what will!

FAQ
How to get to Joensuu?
You can get to Joensuu either by a train or by a plane from Helsinki.
You can get a train ticket from https://vr.fi which is the only train company in Finland. Just make sure you start your journey from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport station when booking the train ticket. You need to take a small train ride from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to Tikkurila station, where you switch to a train towards Joensuu. The train trip is a bit over 4 hours long. Train tickets cost approx. 50-60€
During the weekdays there’s two flights to Joensuu, one in the morning and one in the evening. In the weekends there’s less flights so we recommend you booking the flights early.
We try to pick as many of you as possible from the train station (which is about a 1 km away from the Linnunlahti accommodation) and the Joensuu airport (about 12 km from the accommodation).
The accommodations available?
We have reserved Holiday Linnunlahti chalets for the main accommodation option. Chalets host 6 people, so you can book one to share with your clubmates or an individual chalet for a smaller group or your family. The booking goes through us so let us know when registering what you prefer and we’ll organize you to the chalets. All the main activities are right next to the Linnunlahti chalets.

If you prefer choosing your own accommodation, all the possibilities in the city center are good and a walking distance from the main event and activity places. Here are some hotel options:

The Pre-Tour will have separate accommodation further from the city center which we’ll organize for you.
Weather and clothing?
We are hoping for a good winter weather (in Finnish standards). Temperatures probably ranges between+- 0 to -10 celcius and we have a good chance of seeing the sun that time of the year.
We recommend you pack warm clothing along with water resistant footwear. Most of the activities are held outside and they usually last for several hours, so keep that in mind when packing clothes. We will organize you places to warm up during the events but bare in mind that it’s still winter here then.
If you don’t have winter clothing needed, contact us and we’ll try to hook you up with some. You can also purchase clothing from the city. Nearest clothing stores are about one kilometer away from the main accomodations (Holiday Linnunlahti).
Where is everything happening?
The Pre-Tour will take place about 70km north from Joensuu, where the city lights and noise won’t bother us. More on this later…
The main activities and events will happen right next to Holiday Linnunlahti accommodation.
Get-Together party: Holiday Linnunlahti, outdoors, partially indoors.
Winter Wonderland experience: Lake Pyhäselkä, outdoors, about 1km from Holiday Linnunlahti.
Nations Night and friday evening celebration: Science Park Joensuu, 300 meters from Holiday Linnunlahti.
30’s World Meeting and evening gala: Science Park Joensuu, 300 meters from Holiday Linnunlahti.
Sunday Brunch: Holiday Linnunlahti.

What is included in the price?
Pre-Tour price includes everything, activities, accommodation, food etc.
Other events include activities, accommodation (if chosen when registering), one warm meal per day + some snacks.
And if our budget allows, a lot of drinks, if it gets thight a bit less and we’ll set up a cheap bar for you.
Families and children?
You are very welcome to arrive with your family. Partners and kids are welcome to attend all the activities and events. During the 30’s world meeting on saturday, our local Ladies Circle will host your partners and children mean while activities.
Price for the partners is the same as for Tablers. The price for kids depends on the age of the kid and for example if the childen will have a full menu on the Gala dinner. Contact us and we’ll figure it out together.

Accommodation is included in the price of the pre-tour.
For the duration of the WM, we offer accommodations in apartments (6 beds), which can be booked for your entire crew or exclusively for your family. The price for 3 nights is 105€/person.
We’d love to get to know you better, so we’re offering to host our fellow brothers in our homes. (Limited spots available).
